Delmiro Peto's late challenge caught a KFC Uerdingen 05's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmiro Peto helped the player get up and apologised. Delmiro Peto kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Charmander City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vergaray Largacha to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Wofgang Kopitz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Feliks Dec. The goal made the score 1-0. Tymoteusz Mios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedê Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Bannenbusch was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Charmander City got a corner. KFC Uerdingen 05's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jairo Gaufred ran over to the corner to take the kick. Heinz Rummel kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind KFC Uerdingen 05's goalkeeper Tymoteusz Mios, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee ignored Charmander City's protests and gave Clodoveo Txeru a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Charmander City getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Clodoveo Txeru hit a great ball. Feliks Dec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Banegas in the 77th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jiang Zheng Shu got free with Tymoteusz Mios in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tymoteusz Mios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Arlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Jiang Zheng Shu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tymoteusz Mios was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Feliks Dec came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Uerdingen 05's Wofgang Kopitz. But to his dismay, Wofgang Kopitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 94 played minutes KFC Uerdingen 05 got a freekick which was hit by Heinz Rummel. KFC Uerdingen 05 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
