Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Denílson Tepedino started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Muqui FC's Best Taffarel got control of the ball when Denílson Tepedino tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Denílson Tepedino took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Best Taffarel to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denílson Tepedino in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Best Taffarel saved Muqui FC from getting behind. Best Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denílson Tepedino's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute Mai Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of ADM Taquaras booed when Muqui FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Eate didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabi Orange in the 33rd minute of play forced ADM Taquaras's goalkeeper Jeremias Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Best Taffarel came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino. But to his dismay, Denílson Tepedino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 46th minute, ADM Taquaras's Cesar Quinto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Best Taffarel. Best Taffarel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The supporters of ADM Taquaras booed when Muqui FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Eate didn't get a good kick on the ball. Muqui FC's Best Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 56th minute of play. Mauro Eate's late challenge caught a ADM Taquaras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauro Eate helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Muqui FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Mauro Eate hit a great ball. Muqui FC's Patrick Amaral was substituted for Gabi Orange. ADM Taquaras made a substitution. Nestor Soeiro replaced Cesar Quinto. In the 63rd minute, Mauro Eate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, one of Muqui FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Muqui FC. ADM Taquaras made a substitution. Áron Bódog replaced Zaquiel Puredo. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Áron Bódog put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Best Taffarel. Muqui FC's Best Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Áron Bódog in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Áron Bódog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Best Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute of the match ADM Taquaras got a corner. Muqui FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Malcolm Westerberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Malcolm Westerberg made a great header on ADM Taquaras's corner, it was just that Muqui FC's Best Taffarel managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Áron Bódog's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Best Taffarel was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Jeremias Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Amaral in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Áron Bódog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Best Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Best Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Best Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Áron Bódog, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute, Áron Bódog left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ADM Taquaras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. ADM Taquaras made a substitution. Leonard Åhman replaced Denílson Tepedino. ADM Taquaras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Malcolm Westerberg in the 99th minute. ADM Taquaras's Malcolm Westerberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Best Taffarel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ADM Taquaras fully deserved thier win.
