Santiago Cañizares was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Kroton F.C.'s zone, Santos Gergori stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Cirelli came out of the goal and Santos Gergori tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sentimiento Auriazul's Santiago Cañizares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Sentimiento Auriazul from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Sentimiento Auriazul's goalkeeper Santiago Cañizares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Veli Vefa. Veli Vefa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Felix Johans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sentimiento Auriazul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.
