Timoteo Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oriche Vega read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. In the 4th minute Gennadiy Demyanenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Dominic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes in the game José Carlos Campidelis did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Roman Serdyuk. Krasnodar FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Timoteo Machado scored to the left of an out of position Oriche Vega, making the score, 1-0. In the 18th minute, José Carlos Campidelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delmiro Dominic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonid Malafeev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Krasnodar FC's goalkeeper Oriche Vega, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Krasnodar FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. José Carlos Campidelis hit a great ball. Timoteo Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Timoteo Machado came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the C.A Huracan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timoteo Machado couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The wind increased when Timoteo Machado made the kick off in the second half. Timoteo Machado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oriche Vega having to make a save. Oriche Vega didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timoteo Machado went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Krasnodar FC defense, Timoteo Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oriche Vega. The Krasnodar FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oriche Vega should have stopped the shot. In the 61stth minute of the game Timoteo Machado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Krasnodar FC's Oriche Vega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Timoteo Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A Huracan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timoteo Machado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C.A Huracan made a substitution. Lê Gante replaced Leonides Cresconio. 72 minutes into the match, C.A Huracan's Timoteo Machado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oriche Vega narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78thth minute of the game Timoteo Machado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Krasnodar FC's Oriche Vega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A Huracan's Dave Basso was substituted for Timoteo Machado. 85 minutes into the match, Dave Basso notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Krasnodar FC's Oriche Vega. Oriche Vega was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dave Basso might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oriche Vega. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave Basso ran back to his position shaking his head. 91 minutes into the match, Krasnodar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Basso came free, but Oriche Vega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oriche Vega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Karmel in the 91st minute of play. Dave Basso might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oriche Vega. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave Basso ran back to his position shaking his head. Oriche Vega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Basso, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Krasnodar FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C.A Huracan.
