Guilherme Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Maju in the 10th minute of play. Capdevilla's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adolfo Dolfo in the 11th minute. The throw-in from Adolfo Dolfo in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Racing Miami Futbol Club's Sol Bartlett. Guilherme Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Maju in the 17th minute of the match. Capdevilla's Adolfo Dolfo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Guilherme Veiga in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Romeo Zeigler managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nestor Orlin in the 23 minute of the game. Guilherme Veiga made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Miguel Diagur sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Diagur got free with Guilherme Veiga in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Racing Miami Futbol Club's attentive Romeo Zeigler managed to snatch the ball when Rodrigo Evis made a throw-in in the 35th minute of the game. The supporters of Capdevilla booed when Racing Miami Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Zeigler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nathanial Coppack hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the match, Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Guilherme Veiga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filomeno Hitz. After a rather tough play, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Larry Cermak got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Omar Maju was the one to do the kick off. Pastor Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldinho Ósvaldsson in the 55th minute of the match. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Guilherme Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Maju in the 56th minute of play. Guilherme Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Diagur, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Guilherme Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Diagur in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 played minutes Capdevilla got a freekick which was hit by Hector Berdoi. Chance Adams came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pastor Valery could save by the left post. Hilario Domeka hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Racing Miami Futbol Club made a substitution. Trey Echols replaced Rodney Hagen. The supporters of Racing Miami Futbol Club booed when Capdevilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Domeka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Xu Yuan Lin tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trey Echols in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pastor Valery saved Capdevilla from getting behind. Trey Echols fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Valery having to interfere. In the 86th minute Hector Berdoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Guilherme Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Diagur in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, one of Capdevilla:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Capdevilla. Chance Adams who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Pastor Valery when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 94th match minute, Capdevilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Evis to maneuver through the defense. Pastor Valery didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chance Adams went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The Racing Miami Futbol Club players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
