Luís Fernando Cavalcante was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eduardo Selmo. With his leg Luís Fernando Cavalcante managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when DIF LEEDS BK's Jerry Jonasson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nelsinho Meira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jerry Jonasson scored 4-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Fernando Cavalcante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerry Jonasson in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Pindorama's Luís Fernando Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Jonasson in the 60th minute of play. Luís Fernando Cavalcante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jerry Jonasson went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 77th minute, Jerry Jonasson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DIF LEEDS BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. In the 80th minute Jerry Jonasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fernando Cavalcante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerry Jonasson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luís Fernando Cavalcante having to make a save. After having played for 86 minutes, Jerry Jonasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DIF LEEDS BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerry Jonasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
