In the 7th minute Leopoldo Afonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Transito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Characate FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Giovanny Van Wontergem was slow to take the kick. During this time Żuki Gnojarze's players had a chance to rest. Giovanny Van Wontergem made a great header on Żuki Gnojarze's corner, it was just that Characate FC's Benjamin Price managed to reach the ball for a save. Giovanny Van Wontergem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin Price having to make a save. Zacarias Transito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Txanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. A collision led to Żuki Gnojarze getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. James Frankowski hit a great ball. When Giovanny Van Wontergem came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Żuki Gnojarze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giovanny Van Wontergem couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd match minute, Characate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Paio to maneuver through the defense. Uriel Paio kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Piotr Ptaszek hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Benjamin Price was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Giovanny Van Wontergem capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Giovanny Van Wontergem really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giovanny Van Wontergem was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Characate FC defense, Giovanny Van Wontergem kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Price. The Characate FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Price should have stopped the shot. 56 minutes into the match, Characate FC's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanny Van Wontergem came free, but Benjamin Price reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Characate FC defense, Giovanny Van Wontergem kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Price. The Characate FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Price should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Żuki Gnojarze's goalkeeper Zacarias Transito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The throw-in from Leon Napierkowski in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Żuki Gnojarze's Olcay Orkun Sabahaddin. In the 69th minute Leopoldo Afonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Transito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Transito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Afonso in the 72nd minute of play. Characate FC's Benjamin Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanny Van Wontergem in the 75th minute of play. Benjamin Price showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovanny Van Wontergem in the 81st minute of the match. Giovanny Van Wontergem's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Price read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Giovanny Van Wontergem notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Characate FC's Benjamin Price. Benjamin Price was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leopoldo Afonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zacarias Transito made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Leopoldo Afonso sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd minute of the match Giovanny Van Wontergem sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Price skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Żuki Gnojarze booed when Characate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Napierkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Żuki Gnojarze were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Characate FC for a fine match.
