Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) F.C. Paços de Ferreira's José Bomba started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Codruț Hanganu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Bomba in the 2nd minute of play. Saúl Zambujal hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Codruț Hanganu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Bomba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goal looked a bit too open when José Bomba came free, but Codruț Hanganu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, José Bomba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Codruț Hanganu. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Bomba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, F.C. Paços de Ferreira's goalkeeper Péter Mészáros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mugurel Nediu. Mugurel Nediu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Péter Mészáros made a huge save. In the 18th minute F.C. Paços de Ferreira were awarded a corner. Igor Tudor went to the cornerflag to take it. Péter Mészáros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from He Gang Jian, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Astor Haimar scored 2-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Péter Mészáros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, F.C. Paços de Ferreira's Péter Mészáros got control of the ball when Mugurel Nediu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Péter Mészáros made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Mugurel Nediu sent off a good shot on target. F.C. Paços de Ferreira's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Mugurel Nediu scored to the left of an out of position Péter Mészáros, making the score, 3-1. Astor Haimar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Péter Mészáros made a huge save. Codruț Hanganu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Bomba, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The supporters of F.C. Paços de Ferreira booed when White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugurel Nediu didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Astor Haimar to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, F.C. Paços de Ferreira's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Haimar came free, but Péter Mészáros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Codruț Hanganu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Bomba, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Haimar in the 56th minute of play forced F.C. Paços de Ferreira's goalkeeper Péter Mészáros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Tudor was slow to take the kick. During this time F.C. Paços de Ferreira's players had a chance to rest. Emin Sağan made a great header on F.C. Paços de Ferreira's corner, it was just that White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Codruț Hanganu managed to reach the ball for a save. After 61 minutes White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Igor Tudor who took care of the corner kick. Péter Mészáros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Haimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Paços de Ferreira's Péter Mészáros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Balint in the 74th minute of play. Péter Mészáros came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Astor Haimar. But to his dismay, Astor Haimar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. F.C. Paços de Ferreira made a substitution. Paulo Ferreira replaced Inácio Secco. F.C. Paços de Ferreira's Fabrício Travassos was substituted for Igor Tudor. Codruț Hanganu was a little too slow when José Bomba got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 4-2. Mugurel Nediu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
