After a defensive mix-up in Astralis FC's zone, Felipe Rojas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tzolo Pisarski came out of the goal and Felipe Rojas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tzolo Pisarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Hu Jian Yi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Aldo Abeliuk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erwin Levet got free with Aldo Abeliuk in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aldo Abeliuk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erwin Levet's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Aldo Abeliuk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erwin Levet went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Astralis FC's José Carlos Pascuala got a free kick in the 18th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Hu Jian Yi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aldo Abeliuk. That made the score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Elija in the 24th minute of play forced Lagunillas AFC's goalkeeper Aldo Abeliuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tzolo Pisarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tzolo Pisarski having to interfere. Aldo Abeliuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Elija, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Astralis FC got a freekick which was hit by Erwin Levet. The supporters of Lagunillas AFC booed when Astralis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erwin Levet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Lagunillas AFC's Jacobo Jofre got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th play minute Erwin Levet came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aldo Abeliuk. 3-0. After 40 played minutes Astralis FC got a freekick which was hit by Hu Jian Yi. Hu Jian Yi, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erwin Levet was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Lagunillas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxín Salcedo to maneuver through the defense. Aldo Abeliuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hu Jian Yi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Lagunillas AFC's Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega got a free kick in the 55th minute. Aldo Abeliuk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Elija in the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Astralis FC's Lucio Mahns got a free kick in the 64th minute. With his leg Tzolo Pisarski managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Lagunillas AFC's Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 66 minutes into the game, Gregorio Elija cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Aldo Abeliuk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Astralis FC's Francisco Antonio Mario was substituted for Lucio Mahns. After a defensive mix-up in Astralis FC's zone, Francisco Alberto Laso de la Vega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After some careless play in the Lagunillas AFC defense, Gregorio Elija kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldo Abeliuk. The Lagunillas AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldo Abeliuk should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Claude Goubert notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Lagunillas AFC's Aldo Abeliuk. Aldo Abeliuk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gregorio Elija had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Astralis FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Lagunillas AFC for a fine match.
