In the 4thth minute of the game Mieszko Raszkiewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Akkur Flúðum's Végeir Geirfinnsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Mieszko Raszkiewicz put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Végeir Geirfinnsson. After 8 played minutes MØME got a freekick which was hit by Leon Anszczak. Wincent Dobrowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Végeir Geirfinnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Þorlaugur Kjartansson got free with Zygmunt Tuliszewski in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zygmunt Tuliszewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Þorlaugur Kjartansson's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Þorlaugur Kjartansson in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zygmunt Tuliszewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mieszko Raszkiewicz struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Végeir Geirfinnsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MØME. After some careless play in the Akkur Flúðum defense, Mieszko Raszkiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Végeir Geirfinnsson. The Akkur Flúðum fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Végeir Geirfinnsson should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the game, MØME's Mieszko Raszkiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Végeir Geirfinnsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Végeir Geirfinnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mieszko Raszkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Þorlaugur Kjartansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akkur Flúðum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Þorlaugur Kjartansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MØME's Leon Anszczak got his second yellow card of the match in the 37th minute. The referee ordered Leon Anszczak off the ground. A collision led to MØME getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Végeir Geirfinnsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcin Bielatowicz went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Dvalinn Steinsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mieszko Raszkiewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Mieszko Raszkiewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 56 minutes, Starri Hásteinsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Akkur Flúðum and the MØME players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wincent Dobrowski got free with Végeir Geirfinnsson in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. MØME's Mieszko Raszkiewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Þorlaugur Kjartansson made a precise shot to the right of Zygmunt Tuliszewski. MØME's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. In the 73rd minute, Wincent Dobrowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Wincent Dobrowski could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Végeir Geirfinnsson however easily saved by the left post. Olgierd Fujarczuk scored 2-5 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Végeir Geirfinnsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Dvalinn Steinsson got free in front of the goal in the 82nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Zygmunt Tuliszewski was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Wincent Dobrowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Végeir Geirfinnsson could save by the left post. In the 88th minute, Wincent Dobrowski made a precise shot to the right of Végeir Geirfinnsson. Akkur Flúðum's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-6. Végeir Geirfinnsson came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by MØME's Wincent Dobrowski. But to his dismay, Wincent Dobrowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7.
The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched MØME eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
