Dan Vøge scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustave Héron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 12 minutes, Dan Vøge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seed Town West's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dan Vøge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victorino Fanuco charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorino Fanuco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Seed Town West getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Seed Town West's Einar Klysnov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michaël Seguela in the 24th minute of play. Seed Town West's Dan Vøge got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Einar Klysnov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michaël Seguela, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the Herblay defense, Mai Quan Peng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustave Héron. The Herblay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustave Héron should have stopped the shot. After 44 minutes, Ryan Hellec mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herblay and the Seed Town West players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Ryan Hellec. A collision led to Seed Town West getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Witold Kolbe hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
Michaël Seguela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of Herblay:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Seed Town West:s goal. 60 minutes into the match, Seed Town West's Dan Vøge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustave Héron narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Herblay's goalkeeper Gustave Héron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gustave Héron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Vøge in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Dan Vøge notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Herblay's Gustave Héron. Gustave Héron was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Seed Town West's Gregers Kumler was substituted for Kenney Højerby. Gustave Héron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Betinho Rodrigues took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustave Héron. Gustave Héron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. With a little luck, Seed Town West's Einar Klysnov got control of the ball when Michaël Seguela tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Herblay's goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Rodrigues came free, but Gustave Héron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Einar Klysnov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillaume Soudan in the 91st minute of play. After having played for 96 minutes, Betinho Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seed Town West's supporters crossed their fingers, but Betinho Rodrigues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Herblay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Seed Town West.
