Vila Industrial FC's César Boldrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Åke Granberg in the 7th minute of play. After some careless play in the Deportivo Galicia defense, Arthur Guedes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alberino Pujana. The Deportivo Galicia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alberino Pujana should have stopped the shot. César Boldrini made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Sven-Åke Granberg sent off a good shot on target. Marcus Piper kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Vila Industrial FC's zone, Bruno Romo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. César Boldrini came out of the goal and Bruno Romo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. César Boldrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Melani in the 18th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermenegildo Menezes during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hermenegildo Menezes kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Alberino Pujana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd match minute, Deportivo Galicia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermenegildo Menezes to maneuver through the defense. After taking down the ball on Vila Industrial FC's corner Artuir McNamee fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alberino Pujana quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Guedes in the 27th minute of play forced Deportivo Galicia's goalkeeper Alberino Pujana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vila Industrial FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Artuir McNamee in the 28th minute. Alberino Pujana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arthur Guedes went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Fedele Melani's late challenge caught a Vila Industrial FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fedele Melani helped the player get up and apologised. Alberino Pujana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Guedes in the 51st minute of the match. Vila Industrial FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Artuir McNamee in the 52nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Artuir McNamee got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alberino Pujana quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arthur Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vila Industrial FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bruno Romo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Enrique Leite was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 87th minute. Vila Industrial FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 88th minute, Fedele Melani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. César Boldrini was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pang Yang Yong got free with Alberino Pujana in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberino Pujana made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Pang Yang Yong sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vila Industrial FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
