The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin da Fonseca got free with Laércio Trigo in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Ştefan Frunză came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Pesqueira City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ştefan Frunză couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Benjamin da Fonseca took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Laércio Trigo to make any attempt to save it. In the 17th minute Attilio Mascitti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mădălin Lunca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Gabriel Delassus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pesqueira City's Mădălin Lunca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Laércio Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin da Fonseca in the 22nd minute of play. Thomás Meder kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Ionuț Iniesta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laércio Trigo. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Gabriel Delassus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mădălin Lunca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Benjamin da Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Pesqueira City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin da Fonseca couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ştefan Frunză in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laércio Trigo saved TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG from getting behind. In the 38th minute of the match Pesqueira City got a corner. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ionuț Iniesta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Attilio Mascitti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mădălin Lunca having to interfere. Mădălin Lunca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mao Yun Kun in the 42nd minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Naci Cumhur was substituted for Attilio Mascitti. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benjamin da Fonseca to make the kick off. Mădălin Lunca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertrand Hatun in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Sebastião Quintal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pesqueira City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Laércio Trigo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin da Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After 64 minutes of play, Pesqueira City's Sebastião Quintal made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laércio Trigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Laércio Trigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Frunză, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG's Laércio Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin da Fonseca in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pesqueira City's Sebastião Quintal got a free kick in the 77th minute. Pesqueira City made a substitution. Doriva Zanette replaced Ignat Nozharov. Pesqueira City's Josué Vaz was substituted for Sebastião Quintal. Sebastião Quintal hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Don Mateo's late challenge caught a Pesqueira City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Don Mateo helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yuri Recife during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes TROMBETA DO APOCALIPSE MG got a freekick which was hit by Yuri Recife. Naci Cumhur took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mădălin Lunca. Mădălin Lunca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Laércio Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin da Fonseca in the 98th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
