The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Firmino got free with 林寒青 in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 林寒青 came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by U21 China's Roberto Firmino. But to his dismay, Roberto Firmino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 尤政昆 during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of U21 China booed when 河南洛阳龙门俱乐部队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. 尤政昆 didn't get a good kick on the ball. If 尤宽扬 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 15 minutes into the match, Roberto Firmino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of 林寒青, 3-0. 林寒青 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qu Wei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Qu Wei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 林寒青 was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 44th minute, U21 China's 曾桦晨 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. 林寒青 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Song Hao Feng, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 白青勇 was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qu Wei in the 51st minute of play forced 河南洛阳龙门俱乐部队's goalkeeper 林寒青 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes into the match, 曾桦晨 notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of 河南洛阳龙门俱乐部队's 林寒青. 林寒青 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The U21 China fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. 龙真旭's late challenge caught a U21 China's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 龙真旭 helped the player get up and apologised. U21 China's 黄岩升 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save U21 China from getting a goal against them. 林寒青 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 余帆俊, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Roberto Firmino scored 15-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 林寒青, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that U21 China were the better team. U21 China's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
