Chico Vidales started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Tinganes Bóltfelag's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Vidales came free, but Ingi Castilho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingi Castilho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chico Vidales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico Vidales in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ingi Castilho saved Tinganes Bóltfelag from getting behind. Nàstic de Tarragona's Sixto Fraco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ásbjørn Jónsson in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of Nàstic de Tarragona booed when Tinganes Bóltfelag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fríðrikur Ellingsgaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 played minutes Nàstic de Tarragona got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Wlodyga. With a little luck, Nàstic de Tarragona's Sixto Fraco got control of the ball when Poul Enok Kwieciński tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute, Chico Vidales ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ingi Castilho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 42nd match minute, Nàstic de Tarragona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hieronim Wlodyga to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Poul Enok Kwieciński to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Hieronim Wlodyga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Poul Enok Kwieciński shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Fraco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tinganes Bóltfelag's Ingi Castilho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Tinganes Bóltfelag from getting a goal against them. When Augustin Negreanu came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Nàstic de Tarragona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augustin Negreanu couldn't finish the play. Nàstic de Tarragona's Javi Bonilla was substituted for Nicodemo Valines. Sixto Fraco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Poul Enok Kwieciński, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute of the match Nàstic de Tarragona got a corner. Tinganes Bóltfelag's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silvano Roca ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Silvano Roca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ingi Castilho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 78th minute Ásbjørn Jónsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Fraco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Nàstic de Tarragona's goal looked a bit too open when Poul Enok Kwieciński came free, but Sixto Fraco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixto Fraco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafał Mikkelsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the final whistle went the supporters of Nàstic de Tarragona were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Tinganes Bóltfelag side.
