The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Bâru got free with Stanislaw Tyszka in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 9 minutes, Nestor Bâru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unidad de Matanza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Bâru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stanislaw Tyszka was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nestor Bâru showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. After 16 minutes, Camillo Di Pietro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gebrüdersdorfer SV and the Unidad de Matanza players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Nestor Bâru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th match minute, Gebrüdersdorfer SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camillo Di Pietro to maneuver through the defense. Stanislaw Tyszka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Bâru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Stanislaw Tyszka got control of the ball when Waldemar Okopny tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stanislaw Tyszka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nestor Bâru went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Camillo Di Pietro kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Hans Hagen charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans Hagen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Hans Hagen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Yannick Bartz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Stanislaw Tyszka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Okopny in the 52nd minute of the match. Unidad de Matanza's Waldemar Okopny was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stanislaw Tyszka in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 53 minutes into the match, Freddy Quintyn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stanislaw Tyszka. Gebrüdersdorfer SV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Quintyn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Venancio Cristofol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haşmet Yerel went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Unidad de Matanza's Máximo Kirchner was substituted for Yannick Bartz. Stanislaw Tyszka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Máximo Kirchner, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gebrüdersdorfer SV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Waldemar Okopny was slow to take the kick. During this time Unidad de Matanza's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Waldemar Okopny almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Stanislaw Tyszka did a great save. After 65 minutes of play, Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stanislaw Tyszka was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Michal Stehno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Gebrüdersdorfer SV's zone, Nestor Bâru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stanislaw Tyszka came out of the goal and Nestor Bâru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute Máximo Kirchner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislaw Tyszka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Nestor Bâru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unidad de Matanza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. When Máximo Kirchner came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Unidad de Matanza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Máximo Kirchner couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Gebrüdersdorfer SV defense, Nestor Bâru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stanislaw Tyszka. The Gebrüdersdorfer SV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanislaw Tyszka should have stopped the shot. After 88 played minutes Gebrüdersdorfer SV got a freekick which was hit by Lionel-Andrés Messi.
