Palermo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvino Blanco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Remie Kint played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Medina in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of C.S.D Punta Ballena booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Felo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfredo Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ma Xiang Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.S.D Punta Ballena's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
