After having played for 3 minutes, 武光星 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encarale a la gordita's supporters crossed their fingers, but 武光星 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Shao Shu Lang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Aritza in the 8th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Aritza in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shao Shu Lang saved Encarale a la gordita from getting behind. Gaspar Francesco hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Loco De la Maza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 武光星 in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match Encarale a la gordita got a corner. Falckner FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Osvaldo Mendebal ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 14th minute Maximo Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shao Shu Lang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes Encarale a la gordita's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Segundo San Segundo who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gianluca Vialli got free with Shao Shu Lang in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Shao Shu Lang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianluca Vialli in the 24th minute of play forced Encarale a la gordita's goalkeeper Shao Shu Lang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Falckner FC's Shao Shu Lang threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maximo Aritza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Maximo Aritza, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 25 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Shao Shu Lang was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of Falckner FC booed when Encarale a la gordita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ni Bin Zhen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Loco De la Maza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 武光星 in the 30th minute of the match. Shao Shu Lang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximo Aritza in the 31st minute. If 武光星 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th minute Maximo Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shao Shu Lang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loco De la Maza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 武光星 in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Falckner FC's zone, 武光星 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loco De la Maza came out of the goal and 武光星 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Amund Stålesen fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Encarale a la gordita's protests and gave Amund Stålesen a yellow card for diving instead. Encarale a la gordita's Ildefonso Bernabel was substituted for Herman Lindholm. After a rather tough play, Encarale a la gordita's Amund Stålesen got a free kick in the 49th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gianluca Vialli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Loco De la Maza was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Jurand Sienkowski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Loco De la Maza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Sienkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shao Shu Lang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Loco De la Maza made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Jurand Sienkowski sent off a good shot on target. 73 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goalkeeper Loco De la Maza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jurand Sienkowski. In the 75th match minute, Falckner FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Lluc to maneuver through the defense. Falckner FC's Octavio Gorosti was substituted for Gianluca Vialli. Ovidio Argina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loco De la Maza having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jurand Sienkowski got free with Loco De la Maza in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Falckner FC's Loco De la Maza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Falckner FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Encarale a la gordita getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Emanuel Katia hit a great ball. Jurand Sienkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaspar Francesco charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaspar Francesco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Falckner FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Gaspar Francesco hit a great ball. Loco De la Maza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jurand Sienkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
