In the 5thth minute of the game Börge Tidéksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the match, La Bichineta's goal looked a bit too open when Börge Tidéksson came free, but Silvestre Peli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blue Warriors™'s Pedro Luiz Dantas got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murat Zelenika in the 12th minute of play. When Blue Warriors™'s Pat Rice in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Bichineta's goalie prevented a goal. After 18 minutes, Pat Rice made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Giannis Konstantinou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hauk Hareide in the 22nd minute of play. La Bichineta's Sun Yuan Zheng quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Beno Perzivović, made in the 23rd minute of the game. A collision led to La Bichineta getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Pål Säv hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murat Zelenika in the 25th minute of play forced La Bichineta's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Bichineta's Silvestre Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Tidéksson in the 37th minute of play. Börge Tidéksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvestre Peli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Silvestre Peli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murat Zelenika in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Murat Zelenika ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvestre Peli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Murat Zelenika to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Hauk Hareide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Giannis Konstantinou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 60 minutes into the game, one of Blue Warriors™:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. La Bichineta made a substitution. Carolo Abancens replaced Hauk Hareide. Felix Castel might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giannis Konstantinou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Castel ran back to his position shaking his head. Felix Castel took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giannis Konstantinou. Giannis Konstantinou dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Blue Warriors™ made a substitution. Yuan Bin Liang replaced Pedro Luiz Dantas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pat Rice got free with Silvestre Peli in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Bichineta's attentive Pål Säv managed to snatch the ball when Jahija Selimotić made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. If Carolo Abancens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Giannis Konstantinou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Castel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Felix Castel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Giannis Konstantinou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. La Bichineta made a substitution. Timoteo Izel replaced Sun Yuan Zheng. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börge Tidéksson in the 80th minute of play forced La Bichineta's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Börge Tidéksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Silvestre Peli made a huge save. Carolo Abancens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute of the match, Börge Tidéksson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Silvestre Peli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 94th minute, Pat Rice left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blue Warriors™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. If Eldar Huseinović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. La Bichineta were victorious despite being under pressure from Blue Warriors™ for much of the match.
