PoznanGalaxy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrianinho Meirelles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. PoznanGalaxy's Henning Heringer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrianinho Meirelles in the 7th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Adrianinho Meirelles put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Henning Heringer. In the 11th minute 巩翔傲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Goycochea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henning Heringer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrianinho Meirelles in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrianinho Meirelles in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henning Heringer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henning Heringer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrianinho Meirelles in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Adrianinho Meirelles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henning Heringer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Henning Heringer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrianinho Meirelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was a well-played corner which Oliverios Gayangos managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Nikolay Dudevski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henning Heringer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind PoznanGalaxy's goalkeeper Henning Heringer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adrianinho Meirelles in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henning Heringer saved PoznanGalaxy from getting behind. 37 minutes into the game, one of PoznanGalaxy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. PoznanGalaxy:s Henning Heringer showed great skill when he stopped Nikolay Dudevski:s penalty. 38 minutes into the match, Nikolay Dudevski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henning Heringer. PoznanGalaxy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nikolay Dudevski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Manfred Krome kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in PoznanGalaxy's zone, Adrianinho Meirelles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henning Heringer came out of the goal and Adrianinho Meirelles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Adrianinho Meirelles ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henning Heringer. Henning Heringer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 巩翔傲 to make the kick off. Adrianinho Meirelles might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henning Heringer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
