In the 15th minute Fabio Di Giambattista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dušan Belko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Berdoi in the 18th minute of play forced White Lion's goalkeeper Dušan Belko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25thth minute of the game Fabio Di Giambattista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but White Lion's Dušan Belko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Villarreal FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
