Dário Prada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Felix Leahu made a huge save. Felix Leahu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Erhard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. YKE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Justino Amato was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Hornos's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Justino Amato almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but F.C. YKE's Felix Leahu did a great save. Silas de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Brăiloiu in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match F.C. YKE got a corner. Los Hornos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Twan van Nistelrooij ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on F.C. YKE's corner Twan van Nistelrooij fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Silas de Andrade quite easily take care of the ball. In the 17th minute, Los Hornos's Oodo Rosin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudio Bela got free with Felix Leahu in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, F.C. YKE's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Prada came free, but Felix Leahu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Hornos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Justino Amato in the 30th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Los Hornos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dário Prada to maneuver through the defense. Felix Leahu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Bela in the 45th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in F.C. YKE fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! In the 48th minute of the game, Los Hornos got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Mustafa Erhard scored 3-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Leahu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felix Leahu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Prada in the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th minute F.C. YKE were awarded a corner. Twan van Nistelrooij went to the cornerflag to take it. Los Hornos's Silas de Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Los Hornos from getting a goal against them. Justino Amato took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Felix Leahu. F.C. YKE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 73 minutes in the game Charlie Hancock did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Oodo Rosin. Felix Leahu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Amato in the 74th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Los Hornos's goalkeeper Silas de Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samet Ağar. The supporters of F.C. YKE booed when Los Hornos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gene Simmons didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute of the match Rodri Gol shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silas de Andrade showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Samet Ağar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 89th minute, Duman Enginsoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Leahu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oodo Rosin in the 90th minute of play. F.C. YKE's Samet Ağar got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Los Hornos had won after a very even match.
