Tasso FC's Severiano Torcato was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Basilio Cordario in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Juca Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Basilio Cordario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chu Tasso got free with Basilio Cordario in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Severiano Torcato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Julio Mingo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Monte Lobato was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. A collision led to Anga FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Luciano Meuti hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Côme Berga in the 27th minute of play forced Tasso FC's goalkeeper Monte Lobato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Anga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Cordario should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute, Julio Mingo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Monte Lobato was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Anga FC's Goel Mahal was substituted for Saverio Kauldi. Anga FC's Raul Erramun got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, Raul Erramun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Monte Lobato was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 63rd minute, Raul Erramun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Monte Lobato was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Côme Berga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Monte Lobato made a huge save. Monte Lobato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Côme Berga, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 69th minute, Anga FC's Côme Berga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Monte Lobato. Monte Lobato yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Monte Lobato came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Anga FC's Raul Erramun. But to his dismay, Raul Erramun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Monte Lobato made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Erramun in the 79th minute. Tasso FC's David Gilmour was substituted for Pinto Valer. Tasso FC's Richard Dawkins was substituted for Chu Tasso. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raul Erramun got free with Monte Lobato in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Monte Lobato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Côme Berga in the 90th minute of the match. Tasso FC were furious when Isaio Cobarrubias was red carded, 93 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Tasso FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Anga FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 95 minutes, Anga FC's Omar Estevon got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Monte Lobato. With a little luck, Tasso FC's Monte Lobato got control of the ball when Raul Erramun tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The Anga FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
