After 2 played minutes FC Duganowo got a freekick which was hit by Simo Hadzhiatanasov. When Mateusz Sroki came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Stuttgarter SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateusz Sroki couldn't finish the play. A collision led to FC Duganowo getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Rosen Vrachovski hit a great ball. In the 16th match minute, FC Duganowo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simo Hadzhiatanasov to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th of the match, Mateusz Sroki tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Yoakim Smolyanov got in the way and made a wonderful save. Radomil Sroka hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The supporters of FC Duganowo booed when Stuttgarter SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boruc Walentowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, FC Duganowo's Simo Hadzhiatanasov broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, FC Duganowo's Krastyo Malyov got a free kick in the 29th minute. After 33 played minutes Stuttgarter SC got a freekick which was hit by Boruc Walentowicz. 36 minutes into the game, Florian Kluska was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stuttgarter SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Duganowo the free kick. In the 45th minute, Gilbert Pleban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damazy Barycz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simo Hadzhiatanasov, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peyo Tatarev to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Stuttgarter SC's goalkeeper Damazy Barycz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stoil Adzharov. The FC Duganowo fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when FC Duganowo's Peyo Tatarev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Stuttgarter SC's Damazy Barycz got control of the ball when Stoil Adzharov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mateusz Sroki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Yoakim Smolyanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st match minute, Stuttgarter SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Pleban to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Peyo Tatarev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damazy Barycz. The goal made the score 1-2. Yoakim Smolyanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateusz Sroki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute of the match Damazy Cuber shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yoakim Smolyanov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Yoakim Smolyanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateusz Sroki in the 83rd minute of the match. Stoil Adzharov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brunko Benishev kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Yoakim Smolyanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Kuszczak in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, one of Stuttgarter SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Stuttgarter SC. Yoakim Smolyanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Kuszczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 94 minutes, Krastyo Malyov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Duganowo and the Stuttgarter SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th match minute, FC Duganowo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krastyo Malyov to maneuver through the defense. Iwo Kuszczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Yoakim Smolyanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Duganowo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Duganowo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
