The tension between the FC Duganowo and the Poggio players grew even worse after the yellow card. Peyo Tatarev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peyo Tatarev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Fausto Di Ruscio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Poggio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Di Ruscio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armin Salerni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stoil Adzharov in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Peyo Tatarev made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Peyo Tatarev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armin Salerni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 74 minutes, Ciccio Coccia mouthed his way into the referee's book.
