Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Del Bajo F.C booed when Bahia EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Munhoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Damaso Karmel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Del Bajo F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Karmel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gonçalo Chaves came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Del Bajo F.C's Carolo Arixo. But to his dismay, Carolo Arixo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 23rd minute, Adhemar Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Carolo Arixo sped through Bahia EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gonçalo Chaves. After 35 played minutes Del Bajo F.C got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Procopio. Hermengildo Seguinus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrianinho de Queirós in the 36th minute of play. Nestor Hernando hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Bahia EC's Gonçalo Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Arixo in the 45th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carolo Arixo to strike the kick off in the second half. If Eliseu Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cláudio Neiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Seguinus having to interfere. Carolo Arixo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Gonçalo Chaves skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Fidel Lehoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Gonçalo Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carolo Arixo struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Gonçalo Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Del Bajo F.C. Carolo Arixo in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gonçalo Chaves, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vítor Munhoz during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Bahia EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Min fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonçalo Chaves having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carolo Arixo got free with Gonçalo Chaves in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Renato Botelho kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Gonçalo Chaves made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Carolo Arixo sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Carolo Arixo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gonçalo Chaves was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Nicasio Abeijon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carolo Arixo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, Del Bajo F.C's Damaso Karmel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. In the 85thth minute of the game Carolo Arixo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bahia EC's Gonçalo Chaves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 85th match minute, Bahia EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adhemar Paes to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Bahia EC's Gonçalo Chaves got control of the ball when Nicasio Abeijon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damaso Karmel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Gonçalo Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the game, Bahia EC's Eliseu Paraibano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermengildo Seguinus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Damaso Karmel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Gonçalo Chaves made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Carolo Arixo put it in 1-7 from a short distance just to the right of Gonçalo Chaves. Del Bajo F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
