Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Eppenhuizen's Humberto Meurs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Harvey Halford's late challenge caught a Eppenhuizen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harvey Halford helped the player get up and apologised. Harvey Halford hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Otto Zaagman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eppenhuizen's supporters rose to their feet, but Otto Zaagman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Leslie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 6 played minutes Wordsley City got a freekick which was hit by Carlton Laverack. In the 7th minute, Otto Zaagman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michael Leslie was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Niels-Jan Venema kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Conal Sinclair notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Eppenhuizen's Rick Daelemans. Rick Daelemans was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eric Tomkin kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Wordsley City's Michael Leslie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Wordsley City from getting a goal against them. Conal Sinclair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Eppenhuizen defense, Paul Case kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rick Daelemans. The Eppenhuizen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rick Daelemans should have stopped the shot. When Harvey Halford was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 27 minutes had been played. After 28 played minutes Wordsley City got a freekick which was hit by Harvey Halford. Conal Sinclair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rick Daelemans having to interfere. After 32 played minutes Wordsley City got a freekick which was hit by Carlton Laverack. When Humberto Meurs came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Eppenhuizen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Meurs couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Otto Zaagman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eppenhuizen's supporters rose to their feet, but Otto Zaagman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Leslie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rick Daelemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conal Sinclair in the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Eppenhuizen's Thijs Meyer got a free kick in the 44th minute. Jordan Slater hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Michael Leslie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otto Zaagman, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Otto Zaagman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Michael Leslie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wordsley City's Michael Leslie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Zaagman in the 55th minute of play. When Eppenhuizen's Humberto Meurs in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wordsley City's goalie prevented a goal. Rick Daelemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conal Sinclair in the 60th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Meurs in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michael Leslie saved Wordsley City from getting behind. Michael Leslie came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Eppenhuizen's Otto Zaagman. But to his dismay, Otto Zaagman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Wordsley City's Reggie Ginn got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jordan Slater during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Zaagman in the 79th minute of play forced Wordsley City's goalkeeper Michael Leslie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conal Sinclair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the game, Humberto Meurs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Michael Leslie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Otto Zaagman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michael Leslie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Meurs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Many of Wordsley City's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Wordsley City may have spent more time on the ball, but Eppenhuizen were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
