Szczakowianka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bram Boonen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 23rdth minute of the game Yan Chen Yan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KANONIERZY's Stasio Gozdowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Szczakowianka's Erdi Bender played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Sobania in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Szczakowianka's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Hamza Hanefi came free, but Erdi Bender reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
