In the 22nd minute of the match, Estebe Constante got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arturo Tosi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bagni's supporters rose to their feet, but Camillo Genovese was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
