FC Brzesko City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Patrício Poças scored to the left of an out of position Karol Makomaski, making the score, 1-1. In the 27th minute, Bartlomiej Jarosiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 minutes, Silvério Sabrosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garanhão do SUL and the FC Brzesko City players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 29 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by Silvério Sabrosa. Raimundo Delgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliusz Nigbor in the 32nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Brzesko City's zone, Silvério Sabrosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Makomaski came out of the goal and Silvério Sabrosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the match, FC Brzesko City's goal looked a bit too open when Romão Miranda came free, but Karol Makomaski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raimundo Delgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliusz Nigbor, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Filinto Coelho hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Raimundo Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Gizynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lech Fedosz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Aureliusz Nigbor was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 52nd minute. FC Brzesko City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Silvério Sabrosa kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Garanhão do SUL's Artur Curado suffered a sore thigh after 55 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Garanhão do SUL's Albertino Caetano was substituted for Artur Curado. After 57 played minutes FC Brzesko City got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Polek. Raimundo Delgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Polek in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to Garanhão do SUL getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Albertino Caetano hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Garanhão do SUL's Romão Miranda got a free kick in the 84th minute. Olaf Gizynski kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Marek Liermann lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a defensive mix-up in Garanhão do SUL's zone, Lech Fedosz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo Delgado came out of the goal and Lech Fedosz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
