In the 13th minute, Oğuzhan Apaydın left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kuzeyin Çocukları FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The supporters of Kuzeyin Çocukları FK booed when North Pole Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. After 21 minutes, Oğuzhan Apaydın made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. North Pole Kickers's Folke Bure tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Yahya Gökçek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Folke Bure made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nisse Jul made a kick off. When Kuzeyin Çocukları FK's Oğuzhan Apaydın in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. North Pole Kickers's Nisse Jul got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oğuzhan Apaydın took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Bure. Folke Bure dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. The supporters of Kuzeyin Çocukları FK booed when North Pole Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Tomasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. North Pole Kickers made a substitution. Anders Byström replaced Claes Snow. A collision led to North Pole Kickers getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Valdemar Tomasson hit a great ball. Folke Bure stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oğuzhan Apaydın's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After 79 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Gustafsson. 80 minutes into the game, Oğuzhan Apaydın recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Folke Bure. Oğuzhan Apaydın showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Atıf Işılay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nisse Jul in the 83rd minute of play. North Pole Kickers's Nisse Jul pulled a muscle in his back after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 91 played minutes Kuzeyin Çocukları FK got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Garcia. Folke Bure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afşar Üke in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kuzeyin Çocukları FK's Ferman Sadan got a free kick in the 95th minute. After 97 minutes, Villiam Tholsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the North Pole Kickers and the Kuzeyin Çocukları FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 97 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Villiam Tholsson. When the match was over Kuzeyin Çocukları FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than North Pole Kickers throughout the match.
