Legion Komarów's Placido Kauldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Suárez in the 37th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Grêmio RK75's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslaw Rutkowski came free, but Elder Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teobald Cichocki's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Elder Ramalho firmly grabbed it by the left post. Elder Ramalho made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Teobald Cichocki sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pakorn Gol was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Miroslaw Rutkowski notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Grêmio RK75's Elder Ramalho. Elder Ramalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Grêmio RK75 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elder Ramalho should have stopped the shot. In the 70th minute, Miroslaw Rutkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elder Ramalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Elder Ramalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pakorn Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Suárez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Madureira kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Wolnik in the 85th minute of play forced Grêmio RK75's goalkeeper Elder Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elder Ramalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Misiewicz in the 87th minute of play. Miroslaw Rutkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder Ramalho having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serginho Pinheiro during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Serginho Pinheiro hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Pakorn Gol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elder Ramalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-2. Grêmio RK75's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
