The audience thought a goal was coming when Baltazar Clavijo got free with Sándor Sári in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bélkő SE's Sándor Sári played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fatih-Sultan Mehmet in the 3rd minute of play. Yao Zhan Sang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gao Xing Guang in the 9th minute of play. Sándor Sári was a little too slow when Baltazar Clavijo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Bélkő SE's Sándor Sári got control of the ball when Fernando Grover tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Borussia Dortmund's goal looked a bit too open when Peppe Mascara came free, but Yao Zhan Sang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Borussia Dortmund booed when Bélkő SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peppe Mascara made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Fatih-Sultan Mehmet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sándor Sári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlo Vitelli charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
