Strahinja Sredojević started the match with the kick off. When Strahinja Sredojević fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garda™'s protests and gave Strahinja Sredojević a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th minute, Strahinja Sredojević hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Garda™ getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Vidosav Šorgić hit a great ball. Momir Milenković hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Zlatan Perić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Neagu in the 14th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Strahinja Sredojević ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisc Vrabie was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Strahinja Sredojević kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Zlatan Perić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dragoş Lupoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dejan Levnajić fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garda™'s protests and gave Dejan Levnajić a yellow card for diving instead. Zlatan Perić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Rușanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Dragoş Lupoi made the kick off in the second half. Nicolae Macaneață was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 67th match minute, Galata FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Mercescu to maneuver through the defense. If Dejan Levnajić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 minutes of play, Garda™'s Laza Rašić made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisc Vrabie was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 88 played minutes Galata FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Mercescu. 90 minutes into the match, Galata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Laza Rašić came free, but Francisc Vrabie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiberiu Rușanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Eusebiu Neagu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Garda™'s Zlatan Perić. Zlatan Perić was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Galata FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Garda™ had won, even though Galata FC had held more of the ball.
