Gomez Periquet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But to his dismay, Gomez Periquet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 28 minutes into the game, ATC's Gomez Periquet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faleh Al Sohali made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Faleh Al Sohali stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gomez Periquet's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Antonio Repiso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dardanel FC's Faleh Al Sohali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gomez Periquet in the 36th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Khalefa Mandane got free with Black Pink in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Yaseen Bo Qamaz fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dardanel FC's protests and gave Yaseen Bo Qamaz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Yaseen Bo Qamaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gomez Periquet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Dardanel FC booed when ATC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Greña didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 54th minute of the match Yaseen Bo Qamaz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. Black Pink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sajid Al Shaikh, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the match, Dardanel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gomez Periquet came free, but Faleh Al Sohali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dardanel FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Blanco Casas was slow to take the kick. During this time ATC's players had a chance to rest. Dardanel FC's Faleh Al Sohali proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Dardanel FC from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the match, ATC's goal looked a bit too open when Sajid Al Shaikh came free, but Black Pink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dardanel FC's attentive Khalefa Mandane managed to snatch the ball when John Greña made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. 86 minutes into the game, Khalefa Mandane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dardanel FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ATC the free kick. A collision led to Dardanel FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Khalefa Mandane hit a great ball. ATC's Black Pink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sajid Al Shaikh in the 92nd minute of play.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ATC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
