Georg Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamiel Stessel in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kandemir Ülkü in the 12th minute of play forced Ágætis Byrjun's goalkeeper Georg Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alain Roche kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Hodei in the 15th minute of play forced Ágætis Byrjun's goalkeeper Georg Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Ágætis Byrjun were awarded a corner. Ladislao Cordarius went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 39th match minute, Fecha Libre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Caetano to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ágætis Byrjun's Jelte Reitsma got a free kick in the 44th minute.

The wind increased when Nick Heesen made the kick off in the second half. 62 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's goal looked a bit too open when Kamiel Stessel came free, but Georg Hagberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ditlev Delmont kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Fecha Libre made a substitution. Ulises Hustaz replaced Gaston Caetano. A collision led to Ágætis Byrjun getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Gregorio Urtsin hit a great ball. Ágætis Byrjun were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
