The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The goalkeeper, Baldomiro Txindoki, was totally fooled by CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Ulisses Duarte, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Baldomiro Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Giöck in the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Diego Quadros was slow to take the kick. During this time CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Baldomiro Txindoki got control of the ball when Ulisses Duarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Golo Duarte got free with Baldomiro Txindoki in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Duarte Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orçun Yalınalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Diego Quadros kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orçun Yalınalp in the 29th minute of play forced CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalkeeper Duarte Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ernst Giöck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Duarte Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Luican in the 32nd minute of the match. Duarte Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qian Chao Tian in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Eric Luican notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte. Duarte Duarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Golo Duarte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Duarte Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orçun Yalınalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orçun Yalınalp in the 56th minute of play forced CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalkeeper Duarte Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Qian Chao Tian got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goal looked a bit too open when Golo Duarte came free, but Baldomiro Txindoki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomiro Txindoki came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Golo Duarte. But to his dismay, Golo Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Baldomiro Txindoki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Podwojski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute of the match, Qian Chao Tian got a very nice opportunity to score, but Duarte Duarte was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Baldomiro Txindoki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Golo Duarte's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Golo Duarte in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomiro Txindoki saved FC UNIREA Alba Iulia from getting behind. In the 83rd match minute, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gar Galo to maneuver through the defense. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orçun Yalınalp in the 84th minute of play. Qian Chao Tian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Duarte Duarte made a huge save. Baldomiro Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Golo Duarte in the 90th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Ernst Giöck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldomiro Txindoki. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernst Giöck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Duarte Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orçun Yalınalp in the 96th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land had won after a very even match.
