In the 6th play minute Darryl Nicholson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Baldomiro Txindoki. 1-0. 袁威凌 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orçun Yalınalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 minutes 大汉•咖喱啡♀海盗王杜蕾斯♂粤's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petrică Cândreanu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Petrică Cândreanu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 袁威凌 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orçun Yalınalp in the 16th minute of play forced 大汉•咖喱啡♀海盗王杜蕾斯♂粤's goalkeeper 袁威凌 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Darryl Nicholson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Petrică Cândreanu was slow to take the kick. During this time FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Petrică Cândreanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 大汉•咖喱啡♀海盗王杜蕾斯♂粤's 袁威凌 did a great save. After a rather tough play, 大汉•咖喱啡♀海盗王杜蕾斯♂粤's Mike de Pelsmaeker got a free kick in the 30th minute. Darryl Nicholson took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baldomiro Txindoki. Baldomiro Txindoki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. With a little luck, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Baldomiro Txindoki got control of the ball when Darryl Nicholson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baldomiro Txindoki made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Darryl Nicholson sent off a good shot on target. Baldomiro Txindoki was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Darryl Nicholson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Darryl Nicholson really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. 38 minutes into the match, 大汉•咖喱啡♀海盗王杜蕾斯♂粤's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Luican came free, but 袁威凌 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute FC UNIREA Alba Iulia were awarded a corner. Petrică Cândreanu went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 47th minute, Henry Åkesson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Baldomiro Txindoki. The goal made the score 5-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Darryl Nicholson to strike the kick off in the second half. 袁威凌 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orçun Yalınalp in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Åkesson in the 57th minute of play forced FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Baldomiro Txindoki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Darryl Nicholson made a precise shot to the right of Baldomiro Txindoki. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. 大汉•咖喱啡♀海盗王杜蕾斯♂粤's 许崇崇 was substituted for Henry Åkesson. 大汉•咖喱啡♀海盗王杜蕾斯♂粤's Gilberto Hurdinosa was substituted for Ronaldinho Antunes. Baldomiro Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darryl Nicholson in the 74th minute of play. Peter Parker hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Orçun Yalınalp in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Orçun Yalınalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. 袁威凌 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95thth minute of the game Darryl Nicholson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Baldomiro Txindoki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
