An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Panpili in the 17th minute of play forced the xeneise dream team's goalkeeper Vinicio Aires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Habil Castolo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Carlos Alvarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Eutor came free, but Juan Carlos Alvarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Marlin FC's Juan Carlos Alvarez got control of the ball when Habil Castolo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute, Dionisio Panpili ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinicio Aires was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Marlin FC's Juan Carlos Alvarez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Marlin FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Habil Castolo in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Carlos Alvarez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Eutor in the 37th minute of play forced Marlin FC's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Alvarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Marlin FC booed when the xeneise dream team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Lizardi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
