In the 5th minute, Hermengildo Erroman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germán Kanø fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atlético Atlanta's Eustaquio Jaizki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fredric Ahlén. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germán Kanø in the 20th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Germán Kanø left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Finninge Fotboll fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Eustaquio Jaizki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Germán Kanø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Finninge Fotboll's Germán Kanø sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pankracy Glogowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Germán Kanø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Pankracy Glogowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germán Kanø in the 39th minute of play. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henning Kempf was slow to take the kick. During this time Finninge Fotboll's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Finninge Fotboll's Germán Kanø to fire away a dangerous shot which Pankracy Glogowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alfonso Goicoechea's late challenge caught a Finninge Fotboll's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfonso Goicoechea helped the player get up and apologised.

The wind increased when Germán Kanø made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Finninge Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Harald Telin. After having played for 54 minutes, Alfonso Goicoechea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Goicoechea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pankracy Glogowski made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Germán Kanø sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th match minute, Finninge Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germán Kanø to maneuver through the defense. Fredric Ahlén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Goicoechea in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Jaizki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fredric Ahlén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hermengildo Erroman hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Germán Kanø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Atlanta from getting a goal against them. Fredric Ahlén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Goicoechea in the 88th minute of play. Finninge Fotboll's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
