In the 10th minute Cumhur Tanacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Motta Rello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Giusto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Lee Kerr made a huge save. Motta Rello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brendon Bale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute of the match, Felice Zinni tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lee Kerr saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Motta Rello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paijo Prima in the 21st minute of play. Motta Rello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brendon Bale, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 minutes San Michele AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cumhur Tanacan who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Cumhur Tanacan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but San Michele AFC's Motta Rello did a great save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cumhur Tanacan was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brendon Bale got free with Motta Rello in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lee Kerr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziemowit Kinic in the 55th minute of the match.
