Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Piorno in the 16th minute of play. Albino Maiorga came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Anga FC's Mateo Piorno. But to his dismay, Mateo Piorno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Alvise Nicolai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basilio Cordario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolek Mlekodaj in the 24th minute of the match. Basilio Cordario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ton Meulman in the 30th minute of play. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stig-Åke Blomberg in the 31st minute. Matías Kranevitter tried in the game's 32nd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Basilio Cordario. An annoying self made goal, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Goel Mahal in the 42nd minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Demetrius Xande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albino Maiorga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Goel Mahal went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After the first half Anga FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tolek Mlekodaj stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Gonzo in the 58th minute of play forced Anga FC's goalkeeper Basilio Cordario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Erramun. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Goel Mahal in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Erramun in the 63rd minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albino Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Ton Meulman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Cordario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Ton Meulman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basilio Cordario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Goel Mahal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albino Maiorga was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mateo Piorno got free with Albino Maiorga in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anga FC's Basilio Cordario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ton Meulman in the 82nd minute of play. Albino Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goel Mahal in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Demetrius Xande seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Demetrius Xande the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Deportivo Pomelo Nenene protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Demetrius Xande had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene made a substitution. Húmi Pomelin replaced Santo Gonzo. Anga FC's Saverio Kauldi was substituted for Goel Mahal. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Gaspar Pomelov was substituted for Tolek Mlekodaj. After 96 played minutes Deportivo Pomelo Nenene got a freekick which was hit by Demetrius Xande. In the 98th match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ton Meulman to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Anga FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
