With a little luck, FC Fura Balizas's Harald Lossmann got control of the ball when Yavuz-Sultan Selim tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harald Lossmann made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Yavuz-Sultan Selim sent off a good shot on target. Yavuz-Sultan Selim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harald Lossmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. 61 PIMMS FC were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after FC Fura Balizas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cao Ting Ran took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC Fura Balizas's goalie and right to Bruno Van Bombergen. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FC Fura Balizas's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 27th minute Ivaylo Yordanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernado Muslera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Homero Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yavuz-Sultan Selim in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Harald Lossmann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A sloppy throw-in by Mendoza Ameda in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by 61 PIMMS FC's Yavuz-Sultan Selim. In the 38th match minute, FC Fura Balizas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lourenço Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Harald Lossmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yavuz-Sultan Selim. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivaylo Yordanov to strike the kick off in the second half. Homero Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Yavuz-Sultan Selim sped through FC Fura Balizas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Harald Lossmann. If Hazım Taşboğa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harald Lossmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yavuz-Sultan Selim, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 69th match minute, FC Fura Balizas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hazım Taşboğa to maneuver through the defense. FC Fura Balizas made a substitution. Brazilio Tasso replaced Jordão Vasques. FC Fura Balizas's Durval Póvoas was substituted for Ivaylo Yordanov. After a rather tough play, FC Fura Balizas's Zeferino Corte-Real got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute Yavuz-Sultan Selim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Lossmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazuo Tachibana in the 80th minute of play forced FC Fura Balizas's goalkeeper Harald Lossmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of 61 PIMMS FC booed when FC Fura Balizas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lourenço Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yavuz-Sultan Selim took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harald Lossmann. Harald Lossmann dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, FC Fura Balizas's Hazım Taşboğa got a free kick in the 95th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Gilmar Guerra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Fura Balizas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 61 PIMMS FC the free kick. Gilmar Guerra hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After 98 played minutes 61 PIMMS FC got a freekick which was hit by Valentín Montaña. 61 PIMMS FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Fura Balizas for a fine match.
