In the 19th minute, Per Rolandsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Åke Jönsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Rolandsson got free with Jan-Åke Jönsson in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Filip Flink managed to get in a good position for a shot. Average Joes's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Flink was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Åke Jönsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amadeu Bacelar might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victoriano Abel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeu Bacelar ran back to his position shaking his head. 26 minutes into the match, Average Joes's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Bacelar came free, but Victoriano Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Amadeu Bacelar sped through Average Joes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victoriano Abel. Amadeu Bacelar might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victoriano Abel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeu Bacelar ran back to his position shaking his head. Victoriano Abel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu Bacelar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victoriano Abel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Albins Kamrater. After 47 played minutes Albins Kamrater got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Lundberg. Thomas Lundberg hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Average Joes's Filipp Krupatkih couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Albins Kamrater. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arthur Saba to make the kick off. Jan-Åke Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pål Askestät, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Average Joes's Pål Askestät in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kent Berglund hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Jan-Åke Jönsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pål Askestät, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Average Joes made a substitution. Jo Blanchaert replaced Pål Askestät. Average Joes's Jeremias Silban was substituted for Per Rolandsson. Albins Kamrater succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Average Joes had controlled the match.
