The tension between the Bennis and the Batalionul U23 Dorobanti players grew even worse after the yellow card. 11 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goal looked a bit too open when Cain Velasquez came free, but Angel Comizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Albano Faron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bennis the free kick. In the 19th minute Cain Velasquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Comizzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Diego Tristan took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcus Vase to make any attempt to save it. In the 30th minute Cain Velasquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Comizzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernie Ball scored 2-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcus Vase, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 34 minutes into the game, Gavril Bobei threw the ball into play from the sideline. Bennis's Florian Siembab quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Angel Comizzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cain Velasquez in the 36th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan-Åke Hallgren to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Batalionul U23 Dorobanti got a freekick which was hit by Gavril Bobei. After 54 played minutes Bennis got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Åke Hallgren. The throw-in from Gavril Bobei in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bennis's Florian Siembab. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florian Siembab during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Florian Siembab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bennis made a substitution. Per Lundkvist replaced Axel Wassenius. In the 63rd match minute, Bennis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Siembab to maneuver through the defense. The Batalionul U23 Dorobanti fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Diego Tristan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jan-Åke Hallgren in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Angel Comizzo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ernie Ball charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernie Ball the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 73 minutes into the game, Renan Trancoso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After a rather tough play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Renan Trancoso got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Bennis made a substitution. Eskil Kvick replaced Jan-Åke Hallgren. Diego Tristan took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Vase. Marcus Vase dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Renan Trancoso hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute of the match, Cain Velasquez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Angel Comizzo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Tristan in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Vase prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angel Comizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cain Velasquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 played minutes Bennis got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Norström. The Bennis fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Bennis's Eskil Kvick looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Cain Velasquez came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Bennis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cain Velasquez couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bennis players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Batalionul U23 Dorobanti.
