If Michel Batistuta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 7th minute of the match, Michel Batistuta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anselmo Lucila saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 10 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's goal looked a bit too open when EdmĂlson Cunha came free, but Iker Carabajal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. los nadies's Anselmo Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Batistuta in the 12th minute of play. After 22 minutes of play, los nadies's EdmĂlson Cunha made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iker Carabajal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anselmo Lucila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michel Batistuta in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute Purple Talents were awarded a corner. Christof Bernage went to the cornerflag to take it. Purple Talents's Vladislav Antonov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anselmo Lucila in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Anselmo Lucila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Goos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th match minute, Purple Talents was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jozef van Elderen to maneuver through the defense. Ola Bukaka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Carabajal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Amadeo Martxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. los nadies's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Martxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Carabajal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anselmo Lucila made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Michel Batistuta sent off a good shot on target. After 43 minutes los nadies's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Christof Bernage who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Purple Talents's corner Christof Bernage fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anselmo Lucila quite easily take care of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Goos made a kick off. Anselmo Lucila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Goos, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Amadeo Martxel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iker Carabajal having to make a save. In the 55th minute, Michel Batistuta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Purple Talents getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Vladislav Antonov hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abel Koldobika during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Purple Talents's Vladislav Antonov managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Abel Koldobika in the 77 minute of the game. Anselmo Lucila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Batistuta, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Batistuta in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anselmo Lucila saved los nadies from getting behind. Michel Batistuta charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michel Batistuta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 91 minutes into the match, EdmĂlson Cunha notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Purple Talents's Iker Carabajal. Iker Carabajal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vladislav Antonov got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 97 played minutes Purple Talents got a freekick which was hit by Vladislav Antonov. EdmĂlson Cunha took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Carabajal. Iker Carabajal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The los nadies players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
