The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kent Beckeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iggi Kot in the 2nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Glentown FC defense, Iggi Kot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kent Beckeman. The Glentown FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kent Beckeman should have stopped the shot. Adam Matysek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Miguel in the 7th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Olisadebe got free with Kent Beckeman in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alexander Gunnarsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Matysek having to interfere. In the 13th match minute, FC Gdansk36 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piotr Kozlowski to maneuver through the defense. Ove Skålberg hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Kent Beckeman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iggi Kot in the 17th minute of the match. Adam Matysek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Miguel in the 26th minute of play. With a little luck, Glentown FC's Kent Beckeman got control of the ball when Jan Olisadebe tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Tom Lindholm came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Glentown FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Lindholm couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the FC Gdansk36 defense, Ronaldinho Miguel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Matysek. The FC Gdansk36 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adam Matysek should have stopped the shot. Adam Matysek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Miguel in the 36th minute of the match. FC Gdansk36's Piotr Kozlowski came free and shot a quick shot against goal 39 minutes in the game, fortunately Kent Beckeman had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Kent Beckeman acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 41st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jan Olisadebe. After a defensive mix-up in FC Gdansk36's zone, Ronaldinho Miguel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Matysek came out of the goal and Ronaldinho Miguel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 43 played minutes FC Gdansk36 got a freekick which was hit by Jan Olisadebe. With a little luck, Glentown FC's Kent Beckeman got control of the ball when Piotr Kozlowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iggi Kot to make the kick off. FC Gdansk36's Adam Matysek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save FC Gdansk36 from getting a goal against them. Hasta Alfonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Adam Matysek made a huge save. Glentown FC's Kent Beckeman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iggi Kot in the 63rd minute of play. With a little luck, FC Gdansk36's Adam Matysek got control of the ball when Hasta Alfonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iggi Kot in the 73rd minute of play forced Glentown FC's goalkeeper Kent Beckeman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Hasta Alfonso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adam Matysek was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Andreas Johansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glentown FC's attentive Tom Lindholm managed to snatch the ball when Willem-Jan Dittman made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. 84 minutes into the game, Glentown FC's Tom Lindholm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adam Matysek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The supporters of FC Gdansk36 booed when Glentown FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Skålberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Gdansk36's Leon Kazczyk got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Hasta Alfonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Glentown FC's Amanda Cabello got a free kick in the 97th minute. Kent Beckeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Olisadebe in the 98th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Glentown FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
