Bolo Skjold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álvaro Sergipano in the 37th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Protegéerna got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Lundin. The audience was convinced that Jakob Lundin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ederono Vilardell was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. If Jakob Lundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ booed when Protegéerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sokratis Kotsonis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bolo Skjold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tạ 黄忠, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Petter Skarkman made the kick off in the second half. Tạ 黄忠 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Protegéerna booed when ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akis Lazariadis didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tạ 黄忠 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jakob Lundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Protegéerna's Guido Python was substituted for Jakob Lundin. A throw-in in the 80th minute of the game was made by Arman Lingren with Petter Skarkman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Bolo Skjold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tạ 黄忠, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Tạ 黄忠 put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Bolo Skjold. The crowd rose to their feet as Protegéerna's Petter Skarkman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ederono Vilardell. That made the score 2-3 after 93 minutes of play. The Protegéerna players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
