Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Attilio Torelli made the kick off which started today's match. Ferruccio Salerni came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Paralia Athens's Manuel Marghescu. But to his dismay, Manuel Marghescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihăiţă Cobâlcescu in the 11th minute of play forced Palestra14's goalkeeper Ferruccio Salerni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Manuel Marghescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ferruccio Salerni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Palestra14 defense, Leontin Apostu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferruccio Salerni. The Palestra14 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferruccio Salerni should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute Ionuț Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferruccio Salerni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferruccio Salerni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Marin in the 25th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Attilio Torelli got free with Marian Ciolpan in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enrico Giorgio made a great header on Palestra14's corner, it was just that Paralia Athens's Marian Ciolpan managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 29th minute Enrico Giorgio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Ciolpan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihăiţă Cobâlcescu's late challenge caught a Palestra14's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mihăiţă Cobâlcescu helped the player get up and apologised. Christian Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Ciolpan having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Ionuț Marin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferruccio Salerni. Palestra14's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ionuț Marin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Ferruccio Salerni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Marghescu went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Ferruccio Salerni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionuț Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The wind increased when Manuel Marghescu made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Manuel Marghescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ionuț Marin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Paralia Athens getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Vintilă Chelaru hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Palestra14's Enrico Giorgio tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Manuel Marghescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ferruccio Salerni. That made the score 0-7 in the 64 minute of play. Manuel Marghescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ionuț Marin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 78 minutes into the game, Paralia Athens's Ionuț Marin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferruccio Salerni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ionuț Marin in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferruccio Salerni saved Palestra14 from getting behind. A collision led to Paralia Athens getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ionuț Marin hit a great ball.
