If Justino Belo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilo Futbol Club's Alejo Belo got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vilo Futbol Club's Claudio Cordara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Vilo Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the game, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Válbson Rosa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Cordara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Vilo Futbol Club booed when Agroboys SM - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrão Tepedino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match, Olívio Sousa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claudio Cordara saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Agroboys SM - CIMZ booed when Vilo Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Guillen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Justino Belo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorival Silveira having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Vilo Futbol Club's goalkeeper Claudio Cordara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Válbson Rosa. With an all-out effort, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Claudio Cordara threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Natanael Prata, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atilano Godoy made a kick off. Justino Belo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Dorival Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorival Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Belo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 54 played minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Zé Simões. With an all-out effort, Vilo Futbol Club's Dorival Silveira threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Atilano Godoy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Vilo Futbol Club booed when Agroboys SM - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erubiel Montrel succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. Alejo Belo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Dorival Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorival Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Montrel in the 91st minute of play. When Olívio Sousa fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Agroboys SM - CIMZ's protests and gave Olívio Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. Olívio Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justino Belo got free with Dorival Silveira in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vilo Futbol Club's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Agroboys SM - CIMZ had won, even though Vilo Futbol Club had held more of the ball.
